***Patients looking to register for a Family Doctor are required to book an “Initial 1st Consult Phone Appointment after which you can book an In-person consultation Meet & Greet” ***

For a PHONE appt- Dr will call you directly from a private number, before or after your confirmed time, please allocate enough time within 1-2 hours window in the event the doctor is delayed. For confidentiality reasons we ask that you are in a quiet area and away from any distractions in order to communicate with the doctor and address your concerns.

For an IN PERSON appt- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, late shows will be subject to cancellation. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, please call us and we may change it to a phone appointment.

CANCELATION POLICY: In order for us to accommodate other patients, we require a 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and no shows (PHONE OR IN-PERSON). You may do this via text (Reply “N” to the appointment reminder text message once received) or by calling the clinic or emailing us at “appt@clockworkhealthgroup.ca. A charge of $65 is applied with less than 24 hours’ notice. This fee is not covered by OHIP
