Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, Clockwork Health Group welcomes new patients. Please contact our clinic to confirm availability and begin the registration process.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring:

  • A Valid OHIP Health Card
  • Government-issued ID for Non-Ohip Patients
  • Extended Health insurance card (if applicable)
  • List of current medications
  • Relevant medical records or referral letters
  • Any required forms to be completed

We provide full family practice services including:

Do you provide same-day sick visits?

We do our best to accommodate urgent medical concerns. Please call the clinic as early as possible to request a same-day appointment or book an appointment online.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Telemedicine/Virtual Appointment may be available for certain types of visits, such as follow-ups or medication reviews. Contact us to determine if your concern qualifies for a virtual appointment.

Do you accept public health insurance?

Most medically necessary services are covered under the Ontario Provincial Health Plan. (Un-insured medical services are not covered) Please confirm coverage details with our administrative staff.

What are uninsured services?

Some services — such as medical forms, sick notes, travel certificates, and certain procedures — may not be covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and require direct payment. Fees will be discussed prior to service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit, and other approved payment methods. Please contact the clinic for specific payment details.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How do I get prescription refills?

Prescription refill requests can be made during your appointment or by contacting the clinic. Please allow adequate processing time.

How do I obtain a copy of my medical records?

You may request your records by contacting our office. A signed consent form is required. Administrative fees may apply for copies or transfers.

When should my child receive vaccinations?

We follow the recommended Ontario immunization schedules for children and adults. Our team will review your child’s vaccination record and advise accordingly.
